A Randolph Physical Therapy Office With a Clear Plan
In 2013, BD Physical Therapy moved into the South Main Street building already home to its sister practice, BD Chiropractic. Every course of care follows four stages. First we evaluate how you move and what is holding you back. Next we restore comfort and mobility with manual therapy and modalities, then strengthen the muscles around the problem with therapeutic exercise, balance, and stability work. Finally we return you to your routine with exercises to continue on your own once formal sessions end.
Your physical therapist works with you one-on-one instead of splitting attention across several patients at once. The team's training spans pre- and post-operative care, neurological rehab, vestibular and concussion management, pelvic floor therapy, dry needling, Strain Counterstrain, Graston instrument work, Kinesio taping, and Pilates-based rehab, so your plan can match what your recovery genuinely needs. If you are not sure which of these applies to you, the evaluation sorts that out on day one.

Rehab for Everyday Life Around Randolph
Getting back to normal in Randolph often means climbing into a car for the Route 24 and I-93 commute, standing on the platform at Holbrook/Randolph station, or walking the trail that loops Ponkapoag Pond in the Blue Hills Reservation. We build therapy goals around those real tasks rather than generic exercises. For a Randolph High School athlete returning to a team after a sprain or an operation, or an older adult who wants steadier footing at home, we choose milestones that reflect the activities you want back.

Is BD Physical Therapy in the same Randolph building as BD Chiropractic?
Yes. Both practices share 63 South Main Street in Randolph. Physical therapy is in Suite B and chiropractic is in Suite A. Each has its own phone line, so for physical therapy call (781) 961-4461 and the front desk will set up your evaluation.
How long has BD Physical Therapy been part of Randolph?
The physical therapy practice opened in 2013, joining a chiropractic office that had already been on South Main Street since 1987. Both practices operate from this one Randolph building and have no other locations. Over that time the physical therapy team has grown to include Doctors of Physical Therapy, all working in Suite B.
What happens at my first physical therapy visit?
Your therapist reviews your history and goals, then tests strength, range of motion, balance, and how you move through the tasks that bother you. You leave with a plan of care that follows our Evaluate, Restore, Strengthen, and Return stages, plus the first exercises for your home program.
What hours is the Randolph office open?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Early and evening times can make it easier to fit sessions around work, school pickup, or a commute. If you have a new or urgent problem, call and ask about same-day or next-day openings.
Can someone help me with insurance questions?
Yes. Our front desk can help with insurance questions before your first visit. Have your insurance card handy when you call (781) 961-4461 so they can walk through what they need from you. Ana DaRosa, the practice's insurance administrator, handles these questions for the office.
