Dr Craig Davies

Dr. Craig H. Davies, Owner BD Physical Therapy

Dr. Craig H. Davies graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO in 2001. He received his BSc from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. In 2002, Dr. Craig Davies joined Barbati Chiropractic Office, and in 2006, the office evolved into what is now Barbati and Davies Chiropractic Offices, Inc. Dr. Davies is a member in good standing with the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society, the American Chiropractic Association, and the Ontario Chiropractic Association. He is certified in techniques including Active Release, Chiropractic Biophysics, Applied Kinesiology, Activator: Thompson, Gonstead, and Nimmo.

Mark Powicki, PT, DPT, CSCS, Physical Therapist

Mark received his bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire where he excelled in football as an offensive lineman. He later obtained his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. He became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). On January 27th, 2006, he obtained his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.

He’s a level III Certified Pitching Instructor through the NPA (National Pitching Association). Mark has completed HUNDREDS of hours of continuing education coursework over the years and has studied with physical therapists, doctors, strength and conditioning experts nationally and internationally.

Mark was co-owner of All-Access Physical Therapy, Inc. for almost 20 years, with clinics in Shrewsbury, MA, Sterling MA and Marlborough MA until he and his partner sold the practice to Bay State Physical Therapy in December of 2020.

Mark has lectured and taught other healthcare professionals, athletes, and coaches on manual techniques to eliminate pain and improve function, injury prevention, strength and conditioning and achieving maximum athletic performance. He has served as a sport specific consultant to various high school and college athletes/teams.

Mark co-authored “Manual Medicine for the Primary Care Team”; a hands-on book for MD’s, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, to help them better serve their patients in an attempt to reduce the need for pharmacological interventions. He has educated and taught thousands of health care practitioners how to perform various pain-relieving techniques to better treat and serve their own patients.

Mark became certified as a Level I & II Instructor in Usui Holy Fire Reiki in February 2022.

Currently, Mark is Owner/Director of Powicki Physical Therapy located in Duxbury Massachusetts. Mark helps people/athletes of all ages and levels, eliminate their pain and compensation patterns, maximize their strength, range of motion, posture, body awareness and biomechanics to maximize their performance in their job, activity, sport and life. This includes custom orthotics (arch supports) to improve biomechanical efficiency, reducing stress, strain and pain from the feet to the lower back. Mark uses a variety of proprietary techniques and exercises to customize his approach based on the specific needs of his patients/clients to help them move better, feel better and live better in their own body.

Adrienne

Adrienne Matthews, PT DPT, Physical Therapist

Dr. Adrienne graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Plymouth State Universities Inaugural Physical Therapy program in 2020. Dr. Adrienne has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating and specifically enjoys the clinical variation this patient population brings! She is certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (Graston), and level 1 Mat Pilates for Rehabilitation Professionals by the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute. She also has a special interest in manual myofascial release techniques such as cupping.
With training as a pre professional dancer, she has combined her education in both dance and physical therapy to treat dancers clinically and to also improve dance education. When she is not treating Dr. Adrienne enjoys pilates, cycling, teaching cardio dance, and learning how to golf with her husband!

Manasvi Kadakia, Physical Therapist

Manasvi is a physical therapist who loves helping people regain movement and strength. She works with orthopedic patients before and after surgery and has additional training in Strain Counterstrain, with Kinesio Taping certification in progress. Her background includes experience in both acute and subacute rehab, and she has studied physical therapy across three degrees: a Bachelor’s in India, a Master’s in neurorehabilitation at MGH Institute of Health Professions, and a Doctorate with a focus on extremities at Touro College. Manasvi believes it’s never too late to get stronger. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her toddler and family.

Regan

Dr. Regan Lowe, DPT, Physical Therapist

Dr. Regan Lowe graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then from Plymouth State University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT). While at both schools, Dr. Regan continued her volleyball career and still plays for fun till this day. Dr. Regan is originally from Cape Cod and loves to go to the beach in the summer and snowboard in the winter. She loves to stay active, hike and travel to see new places. Dr. Regan has worked in outpatient orthopedics since graduating in 2021. Throughout her physical therapy career, she has obtained certifications in Dry Needling 1, Spinal Manipulation Institute Level 1, Pelvic Floor Level 1 and FMT Taping. She is always looking for new ways to expand her knowledge to help her patients.

David Marinelli, PT

Experienced outpatient physical therapist treating both orthopedic and neurologic extremity and spine related conditions. Evaluates patients with differential diagnosis of problems leading to individually tailored treatment plans utilizing manual therapy, joint & soft tissue mobilization, adjunctive Kinesio taping, strengthening/ endurance, balance and dynamic stabilization training progressions to promote return to previous or maximum level of function. Incorporates job specific simulation activities to assist patients recovering from work injuries. Recent course study including shoulder impingement and vestibular dysfunction evaluation and treatment.
