Swimming Lessons for all Ages in Randolph

BD Physical Therapy Clinic Randolph, MA wants you to know that you and your children can learn how to swim/take swimming lessons at an indoor pool right here in Randolph.  That’s right! Randolph Recreation offers swimming lessons at the Randolph High School gym.  You can take lessons several days a week.  Swimming levels range from 1 to 4/5.   Ages are from 6 months to 99.

There is also a class called Water Babies.  This class is for children 6 months to 5 years old, with a parent or guardian in the water with their child.  Instructors lead the group in songs and games.

Looking for a low impact workout in Randolph?

Randolph Recreation offers water aerobics, a low impact workout that uses barbells, kick boards, and other equipment, in the shallow end of the pool.  You can purchase a punch card for $60.00 for 10 punches.  Or you can pay as you go for $10.00 per visit. Classes are Thursdays 7:45pm-9:15pm and Sundays 8:00am-9:30am.  Check the schedule on-line as it could change.  Not sure if it’s for you?  The first class is free!
